Psychological support groups for families who lost contact with their relatives servicemen
Psychological support for Ukrainians whose loved ones are missing or in captivity. In such groups, you can get free experienced professional support in individual counseling and group meetings among people who have found themselves in similar circumstances. Communication with a specialist and in a group helps to stabilize the emotional state, gain self-support skills, develop the ability to support loved ones, and also renew social skills.
The support program is designed for people who have not had contact with loved ones for more than a month or have evidence that their loved ones are in captivity. Designed for adults - parents and spouses (partners) of servicemen who are missing or captured.
AIM OF THE PROGRAM:
Emotional relief, learning stabilization and self-help techniques, strengthening psychological stability to be able to withstand uncertainty and emotional pain, and remain effective in everyday life.
HOW IT WORKS:
The program involves a combination of individual and group work with a psychologist. Duration - up to two months. You can join by filling out the questionnaire.

Psychological support groups for families who lost loved ones
This program is made for people who, after 4-6 months after the loss, feel engrossed in thoughts about the deceased to such an extent that it causes sleep and eating disorders, difficulties in performing daily tasks and in communication. Psychological help is provided according to the age (children, teenagers, young people, adults) and the condition of those in need. The program is designed to work both with an individual and the family as a whole, i.e. children, teenagers, young people and adults.
HOW IT WORKS:
All programs of this direction involve a combination of individual and group work with a psychologist.Duration - up to 6 months.

Within three days after registration, each registered participant will be contacted individually to arrange further meetings. After the conversation, a person may decide whether they want to participate in a supportive group as well.

All meetings are held via Zoom platform and are accompanied by professional psychologists who have extensive experience in conducting support groups.The events are held in partnership with the CIVIL ORGANIZATION PUBLIC MOVEMENT FOR EMPOWERING WOMEN IN UKRAINE and the NGO «Institute of Health Psychology».
